The area is really rough. Our taxi driver explained to us about the gang violence that occurs in Otahuhu. I attempted to communicate this to the owner but they were extremely unhelpful. Avoid

Everything the location as it was in walking distance to everything, the balcony was awesome.

There was nothing not to like. It was just likepĺ ap 5 star hotel. There was only 1 thing I need to point out, though, 1 of the cups has a chip, and the bathroom door needs to be fixed.

Very Clean and nice facilities. Everything seemed new or near new. Had everything you need for a short stay. Easy check in and comms with owner. Great location too - island shop heaven, multi cultural food options, good base for south Auckland . My parents loved it. We rebooked to stay again.

Not much Space for living out of suitcases if you have many and don’t want to unpack.

Everything was good

Had 2 stays within a week of each other. It was a delightful little place nestled above shops, lots of shops in walking distance. Really convenient. Beautiful clean little unit. Everything needed for a little break away. Has a little kitchen with all amenities to cook your own food. Supermarket a few minutes walk.

Only 3 minor dislikes The lock box that contains the keys to the unit has a combination, it is really difficult to see the numbers due to poor light and unclear numbers. Would suggest these numbers be painted a darker color for better sighting. The double bed was too high for this short person Was difficult to get into. However once in bed it was comfortable. The stairs that lead up to the unit were difficult for an older person to climb, there is no alternative way of getting up to the units. However, I would definitely stay at this lovely unit again.

The property was within walking distance to shops etc… Nice decor, but very small apartment up above a shop. Nice Thai restaurant down the road.

The property was quite dirty when we arrived & I had to clean it before unpacking. No room to put your luggage. Had to leave most of it in the lounge room. There was no glassware & a few other bits & pieces. But the lovely owner did eventually bring up the things we needed. There is a church next door & it was annoying having music playing loud most of the weekend.

Under the beds weren’t clean. Very dusty behind the couch.over all not bad.
