We had a wonderful stay at Pajaros Blu in Goa with our family. The hotel rooms were very neat, tidy, and spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The property offers great value for money compared to many other places in Goa. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Pajaros Blu to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Goa.

The room and bathroom were clean. But they never did any house keeping during our 3 nights stay. Even after we requested them three times they didn't send anybody for cleaning the room and toilet. The room had only one chair. When it's a room for two, why did they keep only one chair? Where will another guest sit? There wasn't any table or centre table in the room. It's awful. Photos of the hotel on Booking Com was different. Booking.com should try to find the veracity of photos and claims provided by the hotel.

They didn't do house keeping goa single time, even after requesting them 3 times. There was only one chair. No table. It's awful especially when they don't have an onsite restaurant.

We clearly told the previous day we couldn't reach ur place and pls cancel but they refused and they were harsh to us

To some extent the location

Absolutely bad customer experience in terms of the facilities provided like AC, no option for food. Did not meet the 4 star list as mentioned by them. Poor customer service by staff. Not recommending this place to others
