Hazel grove - Withernsea Sands

I would not recommend to book this year stay to anybody I booked it. I had to ring more than 10 times to get hold of the person in charge of the Caravan. Once I got in contact to him after I waited over two hours they told me they do not accept bookings for one night so they cancelled my booking and then I did not get a refund for my booking would not recommend anybody to stay here

I was asked for a previously unmentioned deposit of 75 pounds. I paid promptly and had our stay. We left the caravan tidier than when we got there and they've ignored all mentioned and blocked me so haven't received my deposit back AVOID AVOID AVOID

5 cyclists Caravan clean BUT only 1 towel!!!

The caravan was horrible it had black mold in the pans and on the bed sheets curtains also all other the windows every where was wet windows floors all the kitchen doors wasn't working properly wa nearly falling off same as cupboards in the bedroom one was off altogether there is no heat sauce just a gas fire witch did nothing the caravan was freezing so was my children they was wall paper hanging off everywhere the lino in the floor was all bubbley holes in it drawing all other the walls you cannot put the kettle on when watching TV or anything like that because the electric trips I was there 4 days and it was the worst 4 days of my life it was dirty smelly cold looks like no one has lived in it for years the electricity tripped 6 5 times when I was there woke up with no electric honestly do not stay at this caravan I have lots of photos I will post them if I can STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARAVAN!!!!!!!

Location was great. The facilities that were on site were good.

The kitchen cold water tap did not work. Was not sure if we were allowed to use the facilities as a park dean resort.
