Peaceful 3-Bed Lodge ! Ideal for Families!

When arriving went to reception and then went to property to unlock keys in coded box but was given wrong code, went back to reception and treid phoning owner but was wrong phone no. treid booking . com and got an answer machine, which said i had wwrong booking no. which was correct and machine was useless, next the reception gave me a helping hand and managed to get someone and get coorrect code, which got us into the property, no instructions on how to work the heating, and no instructions on working cooker. not impressed.

Poor comunication and no instructions on how to work the appliances, there should be easy instruction booklet to work all the heating and cooker which would be most helpfull, and correct code given for getting into property.

Very comfortable lodge and very quiet location but 5 mins from motorway if you want to explore. Lovely restaurant and pub onsite with very friendly staff. Pool and gym facilities looked very clean but never used. Had an early issue with bathroom wash basin leak but this was quickly resolved on contacting the owner and repair done within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable settees. Clean and tidy.

Bathroom too small with no window blind. No en suit.

The cabin was clean the amenities like the tea hot chocolate and coffees where a nice touch loved the fact that all the rooms had double beds wish I stayed for a few more days plus just down the road from Lancaster great night out Thier

The only thing was unable to connect to the WiFi but not that big of a deal on a trip away like this
