Blue's House

Location is lovely. Atrani is Not too touristy/crowded but still 15 min walk away from the Amalfi central square. 3- 3-4 Bars and restaurants are right below the apartment. There are more than 30-40 stairs to climb to get to the apartment but that's true for almost all homestays on the Amalfi coast. So we didn't mind and it was a good workout everyday:) the home was spacious, clean and had a lovely view of the ocean. The terrace was private and we used it to do our morning yoga.

Heating was kept off in April when the home was quite cold in the evenings, especially when it was rainy or cloudy. A full length mirror was missing so we were missing that :) everything else was very comfortable and host was responsive if we needed anything extra

Newly renovated apartment with great amenities in a quiet area

The 100 steps we had to go up with luggage to get to the apartment yes 100 with no assistance.

The apartment was very well equipped and provided everything needed for a self-sufficient break. There were air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the kitchen/dining room, which kept the environment comfortable. There was plenty of storage space for clothing and other travel items. The host met us in the nearby bar, showed us to the apartment and gave us all the information that we needed. Atrani has a very relaxing laidback feel and is only a short walk from the more touristy and cosmopolitan Amalfi.

The location was not ideal. There were numerous flights of steps to reach the apartment. Then, having reached the apartment, there were more stairs to reach the rooftop location. There is no access to a lift, so it is only suitable if you are fit and travelling light. However, it is fair to say that most accommodation in Atrani will have similar issues. The rooftop sunbathing area is in need of renovation.

Properly located in a nice quiet, small town right next-door to Amalfi. It had all the amenities we needed.

The patio was outstanding.

Atrani is the most stunning little village away from the hustle of Amalfi. We loved the little town square and soon became regular with the local. Beach much quieter. If you want to get away from all the noise this is the place.

There are a lot of stairs, but that is no secret. The second bed room bed was hard however my husband liked a hard bed. The property is located on the top floor, roof top so not as glamours as some. However we liked the choice to sit up there with a view which is stunning any time of the day!

It was in a great location, with some good restaurants nearby. Excellent facilities in the apartment... all the things you need in the kitchen

Parking is difficult. Underground Parking nearby but quite expensive

Atrani is so much quieter than Amalfi but only 10 mins away. The roof terrace and flat are lovely but 30 steep steps from the bus stop and 140 to the apartment so be warned!!!!

Beds were a bit hard and 2nd bedroom had no bedside tables as it was a pull down bed. Also please put a small shelf in the shower to rest shampoo etc.
