Proximity to city center and better than average view

No communication whatsoever, original listing showed photos of spa and we asked to confirm operable for guests prior to reserving and no reply until day of check in after already paying too late to cancel and had no recourse, no follow up from rental company with issues. Owners camper van taking up half of steep driveway, majority of owners contents taking up fridge/freezer/pantry majority expired items, big issue was the bed which my older father had to sleep on the bunk beds because one of the beds was clearly broken and completely sunken in middle and this is a repair that was mentioned in prior reviews to address, the showers are dated and very uncomfortable for taller people since they have plastic ceilings to them, no screens in the home and very hot during the day if you don’t want to leave windows open and have bugs come in, road noise was very bothersome for my father and sleeping with the home closed up for bugs was difficult without ventilation. The amount charged nightly for this place doesn’t equate to the value offered to guests.

Amazing views,and the living flow.

My wife didn't like there being no wash basket as you had to go outside and up the stairs to the laundry.There was a log burner but no other form of heating as we had some cooler mornings and later evenings

The size of the house was amazing for 5 people Awesome views.

The property did not have air-conditioning and was really hot. We had to buy two extra fans for the lounge. I believe there was a heat wave. There were lots of wasps, and I'm highly allergic. An inside pest spray wouldn't go a miss.

Lovely home with exceptional views. Was perfect for our family trip.
