-Apartemen yang tidak terawat - Kotor - Kasur rusak Ampe kaki luka, minta pindah - kamar mandi kotor, dapur kotor -jendela rusak -Tidak ada akses parkir, suruh bayar parkir inap 50ribu semalam untuk motor - gak worth it untuk harga sgtu, lbih baik Suhat yg dikelola apartmen lgsung, jadi jatuhnya ini Agent ilegal jadi kudu ngumpet2an buat kasih akses dan ke atas - well really not recomended
