Room was fine, bed comfortable and glad they are least had a fan in the room, but still very warm. Food in restaurant ok. Breakfast fine.

Radiators were on in the corridors and stairwell when it was 32 outside 😩 i had to walk upstairs, through a class atrium with boiling radiators and when I showed the receptionist, she came and seemed to be turning them off, but weirdly they didn't get turned off...they were all on full blast😲 I did tell a member of staff from the pub late in the evening and she assured me a manager would come over and turn them off. Next morning, the two in the atrium seemed to be turned down but still working. I suspect they have a faulty system and hope they do get it fixed, because that stairwell was lethal. I did get offered a free breakfast, but only after I asked. Anyone with health issues, I'd ask to not be put in the rooms that side, (20 upwards I think).

Serrious issue in garden with health and safety. Exposed lighting wires.

I like everything about this lovely hotel. I use it quite regularly as it's very near my family.

Nothing everything is good

Die Zimmergröße war sehr gut, das Badezimmer war auch groß. Die letzten Nächte vor dem Rückflug waren sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant erstklassig.

Liked the beds and the tea and coffee selection in the room. Also fresh milk can be collected from the bar. Room 5 was quiet

The bath and shower controls were very difficult to work out and I got soaked by a cold shower when I was in the bath, trying to top up the bathwater. The 'net' curtain in the bedroom was rather grey and needed a good wash. This created a bad first impression. The breakfast was not as good as anticipated - no berries to go with the yoghurt and fruit selection poor, with over-matured bananas. I'm sure the cooked breakfast was good, but didn't want it.
