Não é relatado na descrição que o local do café da manhã e a piscina ficam em outro hotel, necessário pegar o carro e andar 1km. No hotel (casa com quartos) da piscina não tem funcionários , mesa para apoiar as coisas e caso tenha sede, nao tem o que fazer; apenas agua da torneira … No meu ponto de vista - não corresponde ao ideal para o valor pago pelo quarto deste hotel.

Beautiful building, conveniently located to Val D’Orcia. The suite was stunning and the service of the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious too! We had a wonderful wine tasting experience with Sole and Beatriz!

That we had to leave! Everything was perfect.

The setting is Tuscany in a painting. The venue offers a bit of magic within the walls and grounds of a grand villa hilltop castle in a golden landscape amongst vineyards and olive groves with some fantastic views of pienza, surrounding towns and villages, the tuscan countryside and landscapes not forgetting the most amazing sunsets. Once the wine tasting groups leave for the day, it feels like you have the place to yourself. Quiet privacy.

It's almost perfect. WiFi patchy in the evening if non-existent ((technical issue). I did feel one staff member mayb a manager supervisor was less than to be expected for a venue aiming for high standards in hospitality. They appeared indifferent, unfriendly, uninviting, lacking in warmth, unapproachable, and lacking in general people skills. It made us feel unconformable the frostiness. All other staff were pleasant friendly smiling 10 out of 10.

Furnitures are high-quality. Room is clean. View from the castle is great.

Poor facilities. No wifi in the night, A/C is too noisy.

Palazzo storico suggestivo, giardino curato in ogni dettaglio, stanza accogliente, pulita e molto ampia con vista mozzafiato. Aggiungeteci una entrata con viale alberato da cartolina e vi sembrerà di stare dentro un film. Il palazzo dispone inoltre di una propria cantina ben fornita e un parcheggio libero nel piazzale frontale.

Solo un dettaglio: la struttura fa parte di un insieme di 3 casali, distanti tra 500m e 1km. La colazione e la piscina si trovano negli altri casali. Si potrebbe aggiungere un luogo per far colazione nel giardino del palazzo. Sarebbe perfetto!

fantastic view and establishment rich in history but very newly renovated indoors, spotlessly clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. the welcome drink was definitely a bonus as their wine is also fantastic. room was spacious, breakfast was great. water pressure in the shower was strong. parking also available at no extra cost.

it’s difficult to find a weakness but if i had to nitpick, perhaps the airconditioner in the master bedroom was a bit noisy which disrupted my sleep a bit. other than that i cannot fault the property at all.
