"Superb"

Really easy to get to everything in Brighton, while still being in a quiet area

The apartment was very warm. We travelled in October so could deal with this by opening windows but it still didn't go below 23 degrees.

Very comfortable bed and good location

Agreed early check in,but on arrival needed to let surveyor arranged by owner in for 30mins to measure flat etc - this was not communicated to us prior, neither when it was happening and once called agency to find out why there is someone ringing doorbell non-stop, they said early check in was not communicated to owner and we need to let the guy in to do 5mins survey, which actually was 30mins

"Fantastic few days as a family at the apartment- spacious, modern, clean, well resourced and excellent location."

Clean Modern Well resourced - kitchen stocked with tea bags etc, washing machine etc. Very good location Good size Excellent communication - friendly, quick responses Balcony Dining area for 4 Fan provided Plenty of plug sockets Good storage Spacious bathroom Quiet area Clean & welcoming communal areas - corridor, lift, entrance hall. Would highly recommend - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

These are very small points: At times the TV lost signal (but we could watch TV through the apps on the TV, and we received a response about this straight away). Consider having plastic cups for younger guests- the glass hi ball glasses had curved sides which made it tricky for our 5 year old to hold? Apartment was quite hot - but this was eased by opening windows, balcony door and using the fan provided

It was a clean modern flat and very light.

It was extremely hot and could not seem to alter the temperature. Sofa was very uncomfortable and the wifi had problems

It stands 250 square meters on the booking.com - ABSURD! Max 60 - 65. Sofa/bed in the livingroom is imposible to sleep on. It.s an absolut MUST to put on curtains for the window in the bedroom, if you want to have a day light in the room then you are totally exsposed. Constant noise from the hot water boiler/conditoner
