The apartment is new and well kept. It has all the modern facilities. It’s in a quiet area and yet close to the city. The host is helpful and was on time to meet us.

We love this place. The only comment is the dryer is working properly

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated modern flat in an excellent location. Very quiet and well equipped with everything needed for a one week stay in Porto. An exceptional amount of storage space. Joao was a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend this flat.

One suggestion is to have a book for guests (or more info online) with a few essential instructions, such as what to do with rubbish and recycling and how to lower the bedroom window blind, which I didn't figure out until the second night.

Very Clean, very good loocation, you can reach the center and other nice places in about 15-20mins walking. Plus there was a lift so with kids and luggages was just perfect 👌

No complains at all.

Nice, modern, clean and stylish apartment. Fully equipped kitchen Easy parking in the square behind the apartment.

A problem with the bathroom door that the owner didn't manage to fix. Should be solved by now.

"Amazing apartment!"

Amazing apartment. Fully equipped, clean and spacious!! Modern/ new design. Location was fantastic. Simply walk through the park 50 m from front of building to plenty of quality restaurants and keep walking another 300 m to the city centre. And there’s a fantastic bar about 50 m on RHS of corner that’s a redeveloped house with multiple levels. Communication by the owner was exceptional.

"Superb"

It is a new building, very beautiful and comfortable appartment. It is small but still big enough for a family of 4. It has a parking lot near by. The staff was very nice and kind.

It is a bit far from the city center so you have to walk a bit to get to the main attractions.
