"We thought we enjoy our stay but end of the day we ended up with bad memories"

The property is average

Our greatest mistake we did not checked thoroughly every piece of items in the unit. After using the master bathroom we saw water leaking from the shower pipe. We ignored it initially until the pipe came out. Being thoughful we text and informed the owner who immediately sent the plumber to do the repair. Upon checking out we were told that our deposit has been fofeited being payment for the broken pipe. We argued with the owner but he insisted that we have to pay for the repair. When we raised our voice he labelled us as rude and without manners.
