Era pulita e accogliente e abbastanza vicina al porto.

L’impianto di condizionamento era un po’ rumoroso. Servono i tappi per chi come me è sensibile ai rumori. Inoltre è piano rialzato quindi si possono sentire i rumori dalla strada.

Casa di Luca is close to the center and to the supermarket. The street is not too busy at day time but very quiet in the evening. The apartment has big spaces and a lot of light. It's well furnished, and also the kitchen. We had a pleasant time here.

We did not find information about the wifi and about the heater. We figured it out in the end, but maybe it would be good to make a little information card.

There is a problem with awful smell in apartment, it's hard to sit there longer because of a terrible smell of cigarete smoke, I suggested there is some air ciculation issue. as a results of this we left apartment earlier and made copliance.

Everything good just don’t overload electric cooker and washing machine at the same time

I liked the location and new furniture

Gas cylinder down of the sink and the oven which was absolutely dangerous and out of the control. The home was dirty in particular the plates in the kitchen

Windows to the street, so it was a bit dangerous with open windows.

The appartment is newly renovated and everything is in perfect shape. It was very clean. The city center was in reach by foot. We were able to keep our bicycles in the appartment, which was very practical. The check in was a bit clumsy, but the owner of the place was very friendly. They spoke French and Italian.

I feel sorry for saying it, because the owners of the place are very nice and the place looks so new, but there is an intense stench of tobacco in the appartment that made it very uncomfortable to spend time there. We hid out in the bedroom, where the smell was not as bad, although we could smell it there, too. But we could basically not use half of the appartment during our stay and had to sleep with the windows open, even though the street next to the appartment was rather loud.
