Public corridors were like a sauna, the apartment was fine though

Bed was small and layout of property is a bit awkward. The building itself is not well kept. I know this is out of your control but you do control the price and for the price I expected a better environment. Corridors smell of weed, dirty, smashed glass. Check in door handle was a bit awkward, a key would do the trick. Garden chair in living room seems unnecessary and gimmicky, could do with a comfy chair there or a small kitchen table and chairs.

Couldn’t access Netflix! So not many things to watch on the TV
GBExcellent location right in the center of Kelham Island, so perfect when visiting that area. Very modern with some nice touches, though the 'instagram photo' swing seat just takes up room. Fantastic cafe across the road well worth a visit (anytime of the day or night)
Email with details didn't come through so really struggled to find the place. Had to phone and ask. Said email had been sent that day in the morning, would have been better if it had been sent the day / evening before to ensure it had come through and there were then no delays. Had no electric in the morning so wasn't able to use shower or even make a drink. Had intended when booking to stay until check out and have breakfast in the apartment but was forced to leave early. Did message the owner early (before 8am) but didn't hear anything back from them until midday,

GBThe property is amazing throughout! The quirky decorations make you feel right at home, that including the PlayStation! It’s in the centre of everything which is perfect for anything. I’ve had the best night away (also the best nights sleep). Great quick and easy communication with the provider, would a million times recommend. Definitely coming again :)

I had a bad couple of nights sleep. The first night was disrupted by the air fresheners spraying each hour (which we remedied) and the second night was too warm and stuffy (and the noise outside didn’t offer the opportunity to open a window). I also felt the property was expensive for what it was (the photos are excellent and the reality didn’t quite hit the expectation).
