Peaceful 2-Bedroom Haven

The propperty was in a bad state the floor in the hall was coming away the ensuit floor was dangerous, the propperty was dirty and was nothing like the pictures when we arrived we couldn't gane access to the propperty for 1hr 30min because booking.com didn't confirm with the owner of the propperty. In the end we paid for the Premier in.

The apartment itself looks nice and has potential to it.

-No clear access instructions - we were given the wrong key code and told the lockbox was by the front door which there was but it was the wrong lockbox. -Upon arrival we found that it hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding from the previous stay was still on, we had arrived very late at night but luckily the host was responsive at that time and managed to get the cleaner in but by time everything was sorted it was nearly 1:30 am and we had barely six hours of sleep before our early morning meeting. There really should have been some sort of process in place to ensure the property was prepared in time, baring in mind the host said regarding the cleaner over the phone “I don’t know why she didn’t clean it a FEW DAYS ago” so it sounded as though there was plenty of time to check. -The second bed was also just a very stiff and uncomfortable mattress on the floor.

This property was perfect, the host was always very quick to reply to any questions I had. The home was immaculately clean, the beds were very very comfortable. The apartment was very large I stayed with my husband and 2 sons. The location was perfect very close to the city and a beautiful river. Lots of lovely places to go out and eat. Exactly the little getaway we needed, hassle free and just perfect. We wish we booked a few nights so we will definitely be back. Thankyou :-)
