Aire Apartments (Central) - Executive City Center Apartments

View of rooftops to rear, was nice (apart from the builders next door, at same level). Located close to city centre.

No working lift. Internally the apartment doesn't feel 'executive', as advertised. In reality, the apartment is simply the top floor of student digs. Sitting on the balcony isn't as relaxing as hoped either; Currently there are builders asking for brews off you, from the extensive construction next door. There's a DIY feel throughout. The only thing 'executive' is the Louis Vuitton book in the living room. Cupboard door hinges, broken. Floor and seals around bi-fold doors, worn. Mattresses, not great. Common areas are in need of maintenance, but not the worst student building in the world. My guess, the owners bought this place for their child whilst studying in Leeds and kept hold of it.

Exactly as described. Good location, lots of info supplied by the host regarding location and other details. Heating had been switched on so the apartment was nice a warm an arrival.
