- Location was excellent - modern look and feel of the apartment

- dishwasher full with dirty dishes from previous guests. There were no dishwashing tablets/powder. Upon contacting the property contact to alert them there was no response in the three days we stayed - only one roll of toilet paper (no spares) we had to buy ourselves - no mentioning of three flights of stairs which made it difficult with large suitcases - the beds were too soft - window lock broken - upstairs loft bedroom tiny and really steep stairs - only one set of keys (no lock box or code) which made it difficult to arrange different comings/goings as part of the group - television not working - wifi slow and patchy - hairdryer with American plug hence not able to be used - no response from owners. If they had been responsive possible some of these issues could have been resolved

No internet in the place, TV had no channels/services, no toilet paper, no trash bags , floor was dirty. I tried calling the number and no one called me back to solve the issues during my stay

Grate location and beautiful apartment

There was no washing up tablets for the dishwasher and no kitchen towel. The loft room had no ventilation and although we stayed in autumn it was too hot to sleep there.

The dish washer was full from previous residence and could not figure out how to use it! Slow replies on booking.com app!

Proximity to public transport made navigating the city painless and the selection of bars and pubs downstairs was fun.

A pretty poor experience. We were told that someone would meet us on arrival and give us the keys on location. After a 40-minute wait and numerous ignored phone calls, we were met by a rather unapologetic staff member. Not ideal after a day of travelling. After lugging 60kgs of luggage up 4 flights of stairs, we found the apartment was hot, stuffy, and absolutely filthy. The rugs were soiled and badly stained and hadn't at the very least been vacuumed before our arrival. There was a putrid smell coming from the bathroom where we found an absolute horror show in the toilet left from the guests before us. This would indicate that the toilet hadn't been cleaned either. The smell continued, however, from the shower drain. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't get the smell under control. Walls were badly marked and stained. Not a curtain or blind to be found, so no privacy (and difficulty sleeping in the middle of summer when the sun never really sets). Our stay just didn't feel comfortable, mostly due to the lack of cleanliness of the apartment. We considered relocation to a hotel or alternative accommodation but knew the chances of getting our money back were slim to none and our stay was just two nights. Had our stay been any longer, we absolutely would have abandoned our booking. It was quite awful.

The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed. The washer and dryer were a big plus. Location was close to restaurants and public transportation. Beds were comfortable.

The windows do not have coverings so it was very difficult to sleep with the sun coming in from 4 am to 10 pm. Lots of noise from the street below that has many bars. Third floor apartment with no elevator. Difficult check in process. Ran out of toilet paper. No hairdryer. Changed the check out time from 11 am when I booked the reservation to 9 am during the check in process. Stairs to loft were difficult to manage - we felt worried that someone would fall.
