Located in the center, easy to get to places. Clean, and staffs are very accommodating.

Apparently if my room AC drops below 24c, it smells damp, like very humid. I know AC well enough that 24-25c should be fine to keep the room cool and dry.

Don't look further if you want good, comfortable hotel in Yogyakarta. The staff is friendly, always smiling. It's clean. Take a room with a Merapi view to have an amazing panoramic view. Breakfast is the best I had in Indonesia. These kampung alleys around have hidden speciality coffee shops and people are always happy for a small chat. In general you can see that management of the hotel is really serious about the business to make your stay comfortable
