Camera a Sud

La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale fuori al centro di Arezzo, adiacente il centro commerciale Esselunga, ed è una dependance circondata da un giardino. Presenza in zona, oltre al supermercato (con all'interno un bar), di posti auto gratuiti, piccola area giochi per bambini e farmacia. L'alloggio si compone dell'ingresso con angolo cottura (comprensivo di piano a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigorifero) nel quale c'è un letto singolo, di un bagno con doccia e di una camera da letto matrimoniale. E' presente il climatizzatore nell'ingresso e nella camera da letto. Il Wi-Fi ha una buona velocità. Il gestore è stato gentile, disponibile e premuroso.

La colazione è composta da alcuni prodotti confezionati. A disposizione, comunque, tutto il necessario per preparare le bevande calde ed un'ampia scelta di té.

Nice, small house with garden and parking place for car. Located 25 min walking distance from old Arezzo. Good communication with owner. Very well equiped kitchen. All clean.

The host’s mother welcomed me and handed me the keys to the house. Eventho we didn’t speak the same language we could understand each other. She was a lovely person.

Location is walking distance to a large supermarket, which makes it easy to shop. The apartment has everything needed to be able cook and eat, and comes with a dishwasher to help clean up afterwards. The fridge and freezer is ample for everything you would need. The bathroom has a large shower box and a clothes washer. The room is large enough for two people and the air conditioning/heating units are more than enough. The owner is kind and very welcoming and available for any need. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.
