Luxury Apartment 90sqm near Beach with Pool Unlimited WiFi and Optical Fiber

Nous avons loger 14 nuits dans cet appartement et en un mot : Magnifique. Nous avons adorée la facilité pour joindre l’appartement ( tchek in), les agents de sécurité à l’entrée qui sont super courtois et bienveillant. L’appartement est totalement équipé, étant une petite famille, il nous manquait rien ! Cela va de la poêle, la cuillère jusqu’à la machine à laver, tout y est et en excellent état. L’appartement est d’une propreté impeccable (c’est mon premier critère d’évaluation pour moi), tout est nickel. L’appartement est très spacieux, le lit était confortable pour nous, la literie était impeccable et propre. En cas de besoin, notre hôte était toujours disponible et nous répondais rapidement, elle était super arrangeante et gentil. J’avais réellement le sentiment de me sentir chez moi, en sécurité, dans une atmosphère calme, paisible et détendu. La terrasse est juste wow, une vue magnifique où se reposer l’esprit et admirer la ville. La piscine était top niveau température pour des petites baignades. Un point important : l’appartement est situé à proximité de tout : restaurant, supermarché, taxi, mer, café/brunch, banque etc. Impossible de manquer de quoi que ce soit dans ce quartier. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr à nos prochaine vacances, c’était vraiment notre petit cocon à Agadir.

Parking facility good but bit difficult and time consuming to park there. But parking beside the apartment block quite good and we were told safe enough

It was clean and comfortable with lovely balcony a real sun trap afternoon / evening

Nothing - unfortunately there was huge construction work going on making it difficult to access the restaurants nearby by that no one fault and will be gorgeous once finished

Good size, spacious and clean. Quiet - very relaxing. Accessible without it being in a crazy busy area. Walking distance to everything we needed.

Could have done with more cleaning material and have two lots of towels.

No privacy, host present nearby Camera in front of apt entrance to monitor in live host entrances / exits, and companion(s) (Don’t even know if this legal) Immediate message if you enter with a person not registered or with a person from opposite sex to ask you comply to the apt policy, which I was not aware of upfront the booking

Lovely comfortable apartment, spacious and quiet.

A little further from beach than expected. The bed mattresses were hard for us but that’s a personal thing.
