"A very memorable stay"

An excellent serene location on the banks of Kabini river! Very beautifully and thoughtfully built property. We could relax and enjoy the outdoors as well. We stayed in a tree house which was a lovely experience. We had the most wonderful view of the Kabini river. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The meals were more than required items which were served with warmth. Everyone made sure that we were comfortable. We had the most memorable stay and will surely go back sometime. Thank you everyone.

The villa is very nice and beautiful, the scenery is wonderful, the view from the villa is amazing, they have modern amenities and the villa is well maintained

1. Privacy issue (it’s a shared villa, random people in groups show up at odd hours) 2. ⁠No hot water 3. ⁠Bathrooms very dirty 4. ⁠Ac not working properly

Excellent location on the banks of the river, and very good food

1. No ID asked for at check-in, total lapse in basic security measures. 2. The bathroom was stinking a bit, and the overhead shower had the pressure of a mid-size car washer. The WC also needed to be cleaned properly. 3. Absolutely no replies to queries on the WhatsApp group. 4. Total disconnect at the property end, multiple persons calling with similar queries. 5. The overhead shower in the bathroom has way too much pressure, a reducer valve is needed to be installed.
