Luxe Living at Old Town Center

The room was right in the city center, directly above the square with the Christmas market, which was very convenient and festive. Overall, the room was very clean and spacious, which made our stay comfortable. The location is excellent for sightseeing and exploring Bratislava. Despite being in the center, the room was relatively quiet.

For six people, two had to sleep on a sofa, and One of the beds had a poor mattress, which was an issue for some of our friends. Toilet paper ran out, and it was not replaced during our four-day stay. Baggage storage before check-in was not available, there were lockers nearby, which made early arrival inconvenient. Staff interaction could have been more attentive or helpful in some situations.

Overall, this apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed, which made it ideal for our stay. The location is excellent, right in the center of Bratislava with bus stops, tram lines, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Management was friendly and responsive throughout our stay.

On our first day, a staff member brought the keys who was new and didn’t speak English. While he was very kind and clearly trying his best, the check-in process was a bit confusing, as he wasn’t sure which keys to give us or how to explain things. It was a small hassle, though understandable, and we appreciate his effort on his first day. Additionally, during our stay, the lock on the downstairs door was changed and we were informed that we needed to collect new keys. While we appreciate being notified and not being left without access, we already had attractions booked that day and had to rearrange our plans to pick them up. This seemed outside of management’s control, but it did cause some inconvenience.

La ubicación es ideal. El apartamento es cómodo y estaba limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en él.

Hay una cafetera Tassimo, no son cápsula fáciles de encontrar, así que, hubiera sido perfecto que los anfitriones dejarán algunas de cortesía.

The most amazing location. Very secure and modern. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
