Property was clean and well managed

Bed was so uncomfortable, and the house was at third floor in a shady building.

The apartement is perfectly equipped and clean. The location is perfect.

It was a little hard to get in touch with the host, but she replied eventually. Other than that it was all perfect.

Once we cleaned the fridge and ran the washing machine in a cleaning cycle, the place was comfortable. And other than those two first impressions of bad experience, the place was very clean. That was good.

We did not realize it was in a neighborhood where lots of people come to party. The neighborhood was quite run down, but of course the pictures didn't show that. I didn't like that our host was in Vienna and could only call a cleaner ... and was not as responsive as they could have been. We did initially have a hard time getting in and out of the place. We did end up leaving a day early as we were also just citied out. The cleaning lady came by an took responsibility but, the guy who ran the place seemed to just shrug it off.

The photos don't do this place justice. It is a piece of history that is well updated and very well maintained. Far more spacious than I thought from the B.com photos. The ceilings are high and there's quite a lot of light from outside. Although smack dab in a great location in Budapest, it was incredibly quiet at night. I felt as though I was living like a local. Washing machine worked well.

The bed was a little hard on one side, it wasn't the most comfortable. The futon/couch didn't stay upright well (see photo). Some of the apartment features were a bit tough to understand and not well explained - my Hungarian friends helped me. For example, the door requires you lift up on the handle from both the inside and outside to close and lock, a couple other little bits and pieces.

A great place to stay during summer. Multiple facilities offered, clean place.

It was really cold on the hallway/kitchen. In the bathroom there was a heating system but barely made a difference.

Great location, was nicer than expected and easy check in with great communication from the host as soon as I booked!

Very warm and older AC system where you need the window opened.

The host was really nice and explained everything for us how to check in and etc. The apartment is really cute and it has everything you need! Loved the kitchen !

Location was good, quiet enough area but close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything you would need for your stay is present at the apartment. Quick response from the host when messaging her. Ideal stay for a couple of days, highly recommend!

There are no elevators in the building so if you have heavy luggage, you will have to take the stairs.
