Air-Conditioned, Remarkably Beautiful Apartment, Fibre Wi-Fi, Pool

L' Appartamento si trova all'interno di un complesso vacanze/residenziale, accessibile tramite cancello per il quale serve un telecomando, il.giorno dell'arrivo bisogna farsi aprire da qualcuno. L'appartamento è raggiungibile solo a piedi e si trova al primo piano, composto da cucina/soggiorno, una camera da letto, bagno con doccia. C'è una terrazza molto ampia con tavolo e sedie e bella vista sulla piscina. In cucina c'è lavastoviglie piano cottura frigorifero bollitore tostapane e friggitrice, a disposizione anche il necessario per cucinare sale pepe aceto zucchero ecc. Nel bagno c'è anche la lavatrice. Letto comodo e disponibili più cuscini. La macchina va parcheggiata fuori, in questo periodo abbiamo sempre trovato posto. Appena fuori dal cancello un supermercato ben fornito e molto comodo. Distanza dal mare circa 10 minuti a piedi passando dal centro del paese.

Tutto perfetto, forse l'unica cosa un po' scomoda a parer mio doversi ricordare a memoria o cercare il numero ricevuto con la combinazione per entrare nell'appartamento. La chiave sarebbe comoda 😅😅

Mooi uitzicht op het zwembad. Het domein zelf wordt goed onderhouden. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Host Roman was heel responsief.

The flat was very nice and clean. The kitchen space is well equipped. The bed and the sofa are very big and comfy. It was in a quiet place, perfect for relax. Nice balcony with a lot of sunshine for your breakfast. We rented a car and could easily reach the nearby bigger cities. The airport is also very close, about 15 Min, but already far enough to not be waked up by the passing airplanes. There is also a gym very close. Get in the flat was easy apart from get in the complexum.

Maybe a microwave would be nice. No covers for the second duvet and pillow (for use of the sofa). The walls are very thin in the bedroom, you can hear neighbours, but the living room is perfekt. There were only 1 Toiletpaper for the 2 of us for 4 nights. There were no shampoo or shower gel, only the hand soap. A couple more hangers in the bathroom would be nice. To get in the first time to the complexum and get out in the end you need to ask a passing by resident or the guard assistance (not 0-24) to let you through the gate. That info should have been disclosed in advance. We felt very lost when we stared at the closed gate when we arrived late in the evening, which we told to the host in advance and he approved the arrival time. There is a construction in the complexum, occasionally water is closed.

L'appartement est situe dans une belle residence securisee.Cependant L'acces a l'interieur de la residence le premier jour dependait de l'ouverture du portail d'accès par un resident sortant...Nous avons ensuite recuperer le badge pour entrer et sortir de la residence a l'interieur de l'appartement.Nous aurions aime etre prevenu avant notre arrivee. Parking gratuit mais a l'exterieur de la residence sécurisée.

Tutto. Metto 1 a tutto solo perché non si può dare di meno. Pulizia pessima dal pavimento sporco, agli asciugamani sporchi e con capelli di altre persone, per non parlare delle lenzuola piene di polvere e del tavolo tavolo del terrazzo e la finestra sporchissimi. Per concludere in bellezza la 3 sera si sono presentati degli scarafaggi che correvano in giro per la sala (allego foto). Accoglienza zero. È arrivata una ragazza ci ha mollato le chiavi in mano dicendoci solo la strada per arrivare all'appartamento e se n'è andata.
