That my messages to property manager goes thru Booking and not direct. It complicated getting timely responses and ultimately my travel.

Decent location, center of Loutraki.

The property seemed clean at first glance, until the cockroaches made an appearance to the party…I booked the property for 11 days and was satisfied with what I was handed until cockroaches started showing up from everywhere, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. At first we tried to ignore them but they kept showing up…at one point we decided it was time to do something about it and went on a “cockroach hunting” and managed to kill two(and they were not easy to kill)!Our joy didn’t last long since the next morning another one was waiting for us at the kitchen’s counter. We contacted the owner, handed them the keys and stayed at another hotel for the rest of the days. They assured me that I was going to get a refund for the rest of the days but now they are not even answering. Did not expect that, very disappointed.

Newly furnished apartment - looks like on the pictures, very good location, quiet but close to the beach and restaurants. Lift in the building. Good wifi, all amenities in the kitchen, comfortable beds, electric blinds in all the windows.

I did not receive the code to the locker for the keys before arrival and had to call the hosts during siesta - unnecessary stress for all. The apartment lacks a bit of home-like feel, but this can be easily fixed, e.g. adding bedside lamps or some soft armchair in the living room. Sofa bed is rather uncomfortable to sleep on. Pretty noisy air condition in the living room, but quiet in bedrooms. Bathroom extremely small for such a big apartment, not closed shower, so easy to splash water outside. Two big tv screens but only with internet, no channels.
