The Annex, Stratford Upon-Avon

The owners kept in constant with me before and throughout my trip via booking.com app, with instructions on how to enter property etc A very cosy little Annex in a great location and plenty information added to let you know about the local amenities.

Nothing.

What a cozy and totally quiet place. Very well equiped kitchen, wonderful bathroom and everything was well decorated and well planned for the available space. Very friendly host. He made it really easy to find everything e.g. keylocker and even provided us with a full map of things you can do in and around Stratford before our trip! We definitely recommend this place and will come back.

Close to the town, only 30 mins to walk and 5 to drive. Has all you need to be self sufficient and was very clean (apart from musty towels).

Bed was not a full size double and the apartment is a greenhouse despite having a fan we couldn't sleep as squashed up and baking. It was a hot couple of days so probably not a problem most of the year. Towels were musty and as soon as we used them and they were damp it was much worse. Shame as it's immaculate so probably a one off oversight where they were not dried properly. Also messaged prior to arrival and had no reply, we checked out after two days and had still not received a reply. Good job it wasn't urgent.

Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und sehr entgegenkommend 🫶🏻- wir waren sehr viel zu früh, aber müde nach durchfahrener Nacht. Es war kein Problem, wir durften schon rein. Sehr süße Unterkunft, liebevoll gestaltet - alles da, was man benötigt. 🤩

In der Küche wäre ein kleiner Frühstückstisch schön gewesen.

Annex was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated with everything you'd need. It's only 5 minutes drive to the centre of Stratford. We'd stay again.

The annex is a little less private than we thought, as the main home's garden isn't separated by a fence. This didn't cause a problem, though.

Everything was just as described with the accommodation. Lovely overnight stay Hosts made us extremely welcome . Excellent !
