The Annex, Stratford Upon-Avon

A lovely, cosy little annex, well equipped and in a good location.

The bed wasn't comfortable, the mattress protector made it feel like sleeping on a hospital bed and was very noisy when turning over or moving in bed, we didn't sleep well at all. The wardrobes seem unnecessarily large, would have been better to have a bigger bed and less storage space.

The Annex is a fantastic place to stay, not far from the centre of Stratford. The communication with the hosts prior to our visit was excellent. Clear instructions were sent on how to access the property ourselves. The Annex has a great little kitchen area, a bathroom with a large shower and lovely thick towels and a double bedroom which was very comfortable. The property was well equipped and exceptionally clean. Although it is a little walk from town, we were much happier paying a very reasonable price rather than the prices charged in the town centre. We will definitely stay at the Annex again if we ever stay over in Stratford.

Host responded quickly to enquiries. Concise instructions for key collection and access. Clean, comfortable space with all you would need for a stay. Bed really comfortable. Was super impressed there was tea and coffee, which I wasn't expecting.

The annex had well maintained facilities and was very clean. The owners provided lots of information about and recommendations for the area and were friendly and responsive to messages.

We didn’t have any complaints and overall really liked the annex and enjoyed our stay. The annex is closer to the house than we thought however, this was not an issues as we felt like we had privacy. The only thing which could be mentioned is that there were no shower toiletries. However, this would not stop us from staying again, we would just bring our own.

Lovely clean and tidy little house, fairly new. Great to catch up with the football on TV. Loved the outdoor dining as it was hot.

Fixtures and fittings were very nice. Everything we needed for self catering. Very peaceful. Comfortable bed.

Wasn't as private as we first thought. Could see hosts in there house opposite. Annex could do with being fenced off when guests are there and too many cars on driveway blocking the entrance.
