Hi, the only issue was the keys collection,. Luckily we had a car. So was helpful,but the guys on the desk were good and the apprarment was ace 🤙

Collecting the keys

Location was perfect just off the beach front opposite a big supermarket... apartment was very modern and tastefully decorated, really clean had everything you needed, lovely sea view, beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, shower hot and Powerful loved the fact that they had Netflix and free Wi-Fi, everything provided including decent hair dryer iron, ironing board cleaning equipment etc, would definitely recommend these Apartments and we'll be staying again!

The distance you had to go to collect the keys was quite far and an extra 15 Euros in a taxi which was a pain... it would be easier if they could arrange key collection closer to the property.... also the checking in time was very late 5pm we arrived to Benidorm at 11:30 am and had to sit and wait all day to pick up the keys... seeing as you have to be checked out by 10 a.m. I would have thought the check-in time could have been a bit earlier say 2/3pm like other hotels also would be great if it had a pool but you can use the pool of the Brisa hotel just a little further along and obviously the sea is right in front of you

The only downfall of the property is that there was no pool

Great location and well equipped for all your needs

Just a little bit noise from the road but couldn’t fault it otherwise
