The host was very flexible with the check out and very fast to come to the location to fix some minor issues in the apartment. The apartment was very close to the pool and it had all the appliances we needed.

The complex was very very kept

That we weren't told that we would be met. We were asked what time we would arrive but were not told there was no reception and that we would be met. The name of the complex was not Luna Royal but Port Royal The contact phone number was answered by someone that could only speak Italian. If it hadn't been for a neighbouring hotel receptionist who could speak Italian and rung the contract number for us we would not have know to wait for someone to meet us. Very bad communication
