[This is my additional response to Owner's reply: I stand by 100% of my comments. Everything I stated is factual & I wish i had taken photos. But who wants to snap pics of fallen hair, scraps on carpet and soap stains while on a holiday? The only thing we asked for was Tissue boxes on the wash basin - was that too much to ask? That's standard accessory. The first night the fire alarm went off without reason and messed with our sleep, so we also asked that to be seen to - what's wrong with that. I would like to hear of what other demands we made?] First impressions matter. You get to use the back entrance where there is a distinct foul smell coming from the trash cans . About 20 steps need to be climbed with luggage to the floor. Based on Google search no good breakfast joints within a mile . Cleaning is not professional grade - we found old liquid soap used by previous guests on the soap holder inside the bath cubicle. Also found lumps of fallen hair that was not cleaned and this is definitely a no no . Carpet still contained scraps that hinted at no or ineffective vacuum cleaning. The sofa cover had stains which were seemingly hastily covered with strange looking cover that actually made it difficult to use the sofa .

Apartment was perfect! Everything you need was there!

The stairs to access the apartment, didn’t realize it was a 3rd floor walk up. But that was my error for not checking before hand. The traffic noise from the express way is loud but that didn’t bother me.

I didn’t stay at the property! The owners were very rude! Very unprofessional! There were some discrepancies about the fees! The owners were extremely rude and after they ignored my messages thru the app about paying for the property. The ignored it so I had to find other accommodations in the area. Which was wonderful! They sent me hostile and harassing messages! They should not be allowed to post on this app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations, modern and updated. Excellent communication from the owner and expectations for the stay and check in. Had almost everything we needed for the stay.

Very spacious, new and clean We all enjoyed our stay !
