The location is great, right next to two supermarkets and the public parking lot outside the ZTL area and just a few minutes from the historic center. Host was very kind and responsive, there were compliment biscuits and croissants for breakfast, as well as a coffee machine and water bottles in the room. Check-in is really easy and smooth, but you need a phone at all times to get in property as there are no keys and opening is automatic.

The really central location means it might get a bit noisy in the morning.

La Ubicación. A dos pasos del centro histórico. El baño lindo y limpio. Toallas, jabón, shampoo, secador de pelo, todo bien. Hay cafetera en la habitación y para calentar agua. Te dejan además cosas dulces para el desayuno. Muy bien toda esa parte. Tiene ascensor ya que queda en una segunda planta.

El check in quiere ser moderno pero es complicado. Hay que llamar por teléfono para que te abran. Son muy amables, pero si no hablas italiano ni inglés se complica seguir las instrucciones. Después iniciamos una comunicación por WhatsApp en la que yo tuve que escribir todo en italiano traducido de Google traductor. Ellos me respondían en italiano y tenía que traducirlo yo mismo. Les recomiendo mejorar esa parte. Hay check in online en donde te mandan la información toda por mail y no necesitas llamar a nadie y es muy facil.

"Jolie chambre"

Une très belle chambre à l’italienne, jolie décoration soignée, propreté impeccable, grande salle de bain tout aussi belle et propre. Situation géographique au top, à 2 pas de la place des arènes, on peut tout faire à pieds. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette chambre lors de notre séjour à Vérone.

La procédure d’ouverture de la chambre est quelque peu compliquée à comprendre et demande à avoir son téléphone avec soi pour chaque entrée (attention donc à avoir de la batterie).

Posizione top a un passo dall' Arena e dai parcheggi Camere pulite, molto ben arredate, nuovissime e con qualche bella coccola qui e là Bagno spazioso
