Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Excellent communication from owner.

Single air bed fine for child but wasn’t comfortable or suitable for adult. Note that you would need to bring towels.

Couldn’t work the tv for normal channels but had netflix and other channels so it was fine

"Lovely Stay"

The facilities were fantastic- really well appointed place to stay; would certainly stay again in future visits to Edinburgh.

Walk to centre was around 40 mins; fine for us as we had the dog and provided a nice walk. Some noise from above flat but nothing to cause an issue or prevent us booking here again.

"Good"

Great location. Good value for money. Host was great, very helpful and easy communication. The master bedroom is good and comfortable. Property is neat and clean. Highlights- Good host.

One room is actually a kid's room with small air bed. For an adult , the air bed won't be suitable.
