Unable to get drinks, snack. Without leaving hotel.

I loved the architecture, a beautiful Balinese establishment and in close proximity to the Theatre and the Pacifica Art Museum. Excellent value for money.

No toilet paper in the toilet in the main foyer, but really a minor oversight.

1. Owner of the place was very responsive to my queries 2. Quiet place 3. Location of the property has a lot of nearby local restaurants 4. Parking was spacious 5. Room was spacious 6. Staff are very kind 7. Wifi connection is good (around 40mbps) 8. Daily room make up 9. VISA and Mastercard available 10. Hot and cold shower 11. Breakfast (Mi Goreng, Nasi Goreng and Continental breakfast) 12. Unlimited coffee (sachet), tea and snack at lobby 13. The pool was big

1. When i arrive the room was very clean but it had a peculiar smell, i thought it was just for the price that i paid. However upon requesting that my sheets would be change, the smell was already gone. (This was my main problem) 2. But when i entered the bathroom, Toilet bowl had a tinge of urine 3. For me the furnitures were a bit old, but thats technically fine as long as it’s working. May be you can update your bathroom.

Huge pool and tidy accommodation. Breakfast was nice. Location is 10 mins walk from beautiful Nusa Dua beach but not too far.

Staff were smoking at reception and the lock on the bathroom door was very old and could have been updated years ago.
