el aire acondicionado del cuarto principal hace un ruido perturbador, un cuarto tiene como puerta una cortina de baño... esa cama tenia una pata rota. arriba el aire acondicionado no enfria lo suficiente

Everything like location, rooms,pool,cleanliness. Staff.

The location. The pool.

Lack of some crockery, e.g. no tea spoons, only 4 cups. The condition of the apartment. Lamp bulbs are missing, the electric sockets are falling out, an AC remote is broken. The furniture is old, some is broken. The elevator does not work.

The place was comfortable and the pool area was great.

That the pool closes so early

The flat was clean, with 3 double beds and 1 single bed. 1 room on the main floor with 1 double bed and TV with Netflix, and a living room with sofa and flat screen with Netflix and more. And 2 extra rooms with 3 beds on the second floor. The kitchen was well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave and stovetop, toaster and kettle, all working well. There was also a balcony with a pool view. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtub. Another toilet on the second floor.

The only minus was that the two AC didn't work well on the second floor, one made noise and the second one didn't work at all. We contacted the owner and they fixed the one with noise, and said there should be a new AC coming to replace the broken one. Make sure you check that all AC works well before booking this apartment.
