The small and steep stairway might be bothersome for some The air-conditioning is rather loud

It was the perfect space for our family. I loved the art, the vibe, the vibe…it was so spacious and very peaceful.

A couple things didn’t work like the garbage disposal and the jacuzzi but overall a wonderful place

The loft was clean and spacious. Great location for enjoying downtown Springfield activities. We were in town for the MS Walk and although everyone in our party wasn't able to make it, those of us that did were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The parking can be challenging because it is located downtown but nothing that isn't to be expected.

Funky and unique space. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Wonderful area with lots of great restaurants to choose from. The loft was spacious with multiple gathering areas to hang out and enjoy your family and friends.

Be prepared for steps. Those were a little hard on my arthritis.

The location was fantastic. We were located next door to a bunch of cute shops and a wonderful coffee house, which made it so nice to walk downstairs, grab a latte and head out to the botanical garden, which was absolutely lovely! We seemed to be within 15 min of everything we went out to do during our stay, making it super convenient. The condo itself was charming and spacious. It overlooks a railway and we enjoyed watching the trains go by. We loved the decor, and my children had a blast on the swings. There were also balloons in one of the drawers, which my toddlers absolutely loved and kept them quite entertained for several hours. We even talked about coming back and renting this condo again to have a girl's weekend and do some shopping. The hostess was responsive, super sweet and accommodating. We loved everything about our stay!
