Higgihaus Aparthotel, Clare Street

Great location. Super cute apartment. Very clean. Comfy bed and we navigated up the ladder with no problem! Very good communication with the hosts and easy check-in. The Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom were a fun addition!

Great location.

After asking about late check out (which was nit possible) we got reminders regarding check out time. Last was sent on 9 am of our last day.

Nothing to dislike, perfectly placed for a visit to Bristol.

Staff is great welcoming but not helpful when issues arise. Plenty of noise in apartment 2. Shower handle broke

Location was fabulous, right in the heart of the city. Well equipped and comfortable. Check in instructions easy and well communicated

Bring a slightly older couple we found the bed a bit difficult to get into, being raised up but we would stay again as the location was great!

It was in a good location, price you couldn’t argue with when I have previously paid the same for 1 night in the premier inn down the road. Customer service is speedy and overall a great place to stay

Placement of the towel radiator wasn’t ideal and we struggled changing the shower to the hand held .
