The instructions received were good, and entry was fairly straightforward. It was very clean and well appointed: kitchen had hob, oven, sink, dish washer and all crockery and cutlery needed, bathroom was a good size and clean, sitting room with TV was comfortable for one.

The code pad on the main front door was faded so I had to use a torch to make sure I was putting the code in correctly which felt worrying for a woman on her own in a busy street. There were a lot of stairs, no lift. The bed is on a strange raised platform/alcove with deep steps up to it. There was no way to stand up next to the bed, and there was a lot of contortion and bum shuffling needed to get in and out of bed (I am a middle aged, non-athletic woman!). Needed ear plugs for the late night noise from outside as surrounded by clubs and restaurants.

The Bluetooth speaker system in the bathroom was fun and convenient. Spacious kitchen. The Tv was OK.

My partner is 6,4 and unfortunately could not even step foot in the bedroom without hitting his head on the roof. The bed was not what i was expecting… it was a mattress only on the floor. The sofa was also small. The bathroom shower head was in an awkward angle so was hard to shower. Only got provided 2 towels for 3 days

Location very convenient

It was down as Ground Floor. IT WAS NOT! There were 3 further HUGE steps up to bed. Really difficult for us elderly people. No bed, just mattress, again not easy for us to get in and out of. Had to ask for more bowls ( we had ONE cereal bowl). Serious problem with plumbing! Both sink and shower water ran away SO slowly to keep stopping shower or there would have been a flood. Horrible black bits in the water in sink and difficult to get rid of. CLEANER MUST HAVE KNOWN!! Supposed to be free toiletries. 2 out of 3 containers were EMPTY ! No live TV only 4 obscure News channels. Told Sebastian. He gave directions but didn’t work. Homeless man sleeping on doorstep. Had to step over.

Very cosy little place! The staff were incredibly quick at responding and accommodating me.

Maybe my fault booking on a bank holiday, but a little noisy outside.

Todo, limpieza y ubicación. Es pequeño pero bien aprovechado, con todo lo necesario para unos días en Bristol.
