Everything was perfect, air con working well, there was all of the equipment which you need, also for cooking. Apartament was clean and Federico was very helpful during our stay.

The location is good. The apartment is spacious for families. It has 2 bedrooms and a separate room for the kitchen. We check in before the time as the apartment was ready .

1.I was charged a 50 EUR cleaning fee that wasn't included in the bold price shown in the Booking app. I realized this when I checked my credit card. The property didn't cancel my reservation when I contacted them, so pay attention when booking this apartment. 2.The property is managed by third parties. You have to pay the city tax upfront. 3.You need to download the ID cards of the people staying there to be verified, then the host will provide the information for the keys. 4.The apartment is in front of the metro, so better keep the doors closed as the noise can be disruptive, and the neighbors were very loud. 5.The host's belongings were still around the house. I suggested to remove the plastic flowers as they made the place feel like a cemetery.
