"Coqueto y buena ubicación"

Muy coqueto, cómodo y con buen gusto en decoración. Muy buena ubicación.

Falta menaje en cocina y la limpieza de ascensor y zonas comunes de edificio bastante mal. Hay otro ascensor que no está en uso y debería estar (mucho tránsito de vecinos)

"A little more could have made this much better."

Good location and very clean. Modern.

Bare minimum facilities. No kettle, no cutlery except a fork, no soaps, etc. Only one lift works also - given on 7 th floor this means some long waits as all residents must use it.
