Casa al mare

Casa grande e accogliente, vicina ad Ortigia ed altri luoghi di interesse della zona, seppure posta in una piccola località della provincia di Siracusa. Siamo stati accolti con un pensiero di benvenuto da parte dell’host, che è stato disponibile e premuroso. Vacanza all’insegna del relax

Це чудова велика віла, з дуже гостинним хазяїном Стефано, який весь час був на зв'язку, підтримував рекомендаціями і був дуже люб'язним. Нам було легко достатись, взяти ключ. В будинку нас чекало вино і солодощі в якості подарунку. Нас було троє, тож віла для нас була достатньо простора, особливого задоволення доставила кімната з іграми і більярдом - син і чоловік оцінили їх дуже :). Віла має чудовий вайб, поєднання сучасного і елементів минулого сторіччя. Просторий внутрішній двір і тераса дають можливість приємного ранкового кавування і приватного простору. Дуже дякуємо Стефано за гостинність і теплу підтримку, яку ми відчували.

Віла трошки потребує ремонту та, можливо, ще попередження, що можуть бути комарі. Але це невеличкі моменти, які не зіпсували нашого перебування там.

L'appartamento ha superato le aspettative, bellissimo, pulito e fornito di tutto. Lo spazio esterno molto grande, ben curato con la possibilità di usare anche un barbecue dove abbiamo cucinato nelle nostre serate in giardino. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere spiagge e città. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile al 100%..al nostro arrivo ci ha anche offerto dei prodotti tipici per accoglierci al meglio. Più che consigliato sotto ogni punto di vista!! 😍

Thank you so much for the stay. The villa has a great vibe and there’s a lot to see and do in the area. There’s a small local shop about 15 minutes away on foot, and the region has many beautiful beaches where you can sunbathe, take amazing photos, and enjoy a proper swim. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms on the upper floor were all air-conditioned, which we really appreciated, and the villa owner was very kind and responsive to all our questions. The villa is spacious, clean, and offers plenty of privacy, which everyone will definitely enjoy. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, so you won’t miss a thing. We were a group of 5 young people, but the villa would definitely be great for a family with kids too. On arrival, we were greeted with local snacks, souvenirs, and a delicious bottle of wine. Nearby is Siracusa, a truly beautiful city where you can buy anything you need. It’s also a historic place with a lot to offer.

The property was close to what we needed and it was a good size. We also had safe parking within the premises .

The sheets and pillows are very low quality , the cleanliness of the property is average and the main issue is when you use the bathrooms because the toilet downstairs got blocked and water and poo started coming out not only from the toilet but from the bathtub as well. The shower upstairs in the other bathroom electrocutes.
