extremely bad service. two bedrooms plus living room. it was quite cold. we asked for a heater and the property said the only warm fan was a 'courtesy' and refused to provide an additional one despite we were staying about 10 days. quite rude in my opinion during winter and they had plenty of time to organize a 50$ fan...

Location was good. Spacious.

The floor was filthy, even after a cleaner came for a second time during our stay. A bug infestation—mites that covered surfaces and even our bodies—was the last straw. When we reported this to the management company, they didn’t know how to handle it and even attempted to charge us a fee for fresh sheets. This wasn’t the first time we found the management company unresponsive and difficult to communicate with. Essentials were lacking—a small amount of soap and toilet paper was expected to last for our 12-night stay, and there was no clear guidance on things like trash disposal. The kitchen was poorly stocked, missing basics like a coffee maker and measuring cups/spoons. When the door lock malfunctioned it took three hours for someone to come fix it and get us back into the apartment. When we requested a second fan for this two-bedroom rental, we were told that each Wynwood property is only allocated one fan—getting another was “impossible.” The noise level was high, though we can’t fully fault the management company for that. However, they could have informed us in advance about the maintenance work happening in the building’s courtyard. Safe to say, we’ll never stay at a Wynwood-managed property again.

Located in the most beautiful area at Lima!excellent road next to famous restaurants and to the coast. Security in the entrance, new and clean apartment with modern style!Better than the photos in booking
