NZLocation was ideal for us. Close to family & easy connection to the city.
A privacy blind on the stair well would be good, & some oil on the bathroom door. The thing that would be the most appreciated, is some additional comfortable seating in the lounge area. The sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable to sit on. Unfortunately so are the dining chairs.

GBConveniently located, very clean, great amenities like washing machine, washing line and dishwasher. Was perfect for a couple visiting some friends for the weekend.
NZThe unit was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed.
The couch was uncomfortable and there wasn't enough seating in the lounge. Just a small couch that would be a squeeze for 3 people. There was enough room for a bigger couch and another lounge chair. If 4 people stayed there some would miss out on seating. This is the only place we have ever stayed where no milk was provided. The kitchen rubbish bin was tiny and flimsy. The top fell off first time we used it. Also bathroom heater wasn't working. We had booked for 3 people but only 2 stayed. Changes had to be done 30 days prior ( which I was aware of), so for that reason I wouldn't book again.
