The location. The kindness of the folks who run the place. The absolutely adequate but minimal amenities. It is a place to go before the symphony and sleep after. It works.

"Great location for a short stay"

The best feature of this hotel is its location next to Opera House and Davies Symphony Hall, and the easily accessible parking in front of the hotel—for the cost. The beds are very good, and rooms are clean.

I have stayed at three different rooms in the hotel. The carpet was dingy in one, the bathroom floor was extremely slippery in another, and the internet would not work in the third.
