Appartamento ampio, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort. Posto auto in parcheggio condominiale interno. Zona residenziale ben servita. Padrone di casa gentile e disponibile.

Struttura situata in una zona tranquilla, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comodità anche per lunghi soggiorni. Apprezzata la presenza di condizionatori in tutte le stanze , materasso molto comodo, due balconi di cui uno per poter stendere anche il bucato, utile la lavatrice . Per una maggiore tranquillità, abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio privato, nonostante fuori la struttura ci fosse un ampia possibilità di parcheggio pubblico. A pochi passi a piedi si possono trovare alcuni grandi supermercati e a pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge il mare. Da consigliare!

Location trés bien placée. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, le parking, l’espace disponible dans l’appartement ( il est grand) , les grands balcons. Accueil et départ très faciles.

The accomodatuon was nice, clean and very well equipped.

We had some misunderstanding among the owner and us, he was very impatient with us. We were deadly tired and couldn't make properly the automata check- in, but we could resolve it quickly. We were a little delused about welcome, because it was our first accomodation in Sardegna. Anyway at last was resolved all of the problems.

Easy for parking, quiet. Good local supermarket at the end of the road, and easy drive into the city.

It took a while to convince Daniele that the wifi wasn't working and that it wasn't my fault. He recommended to get out and enjoy the sunshine - although we were there to work! Fixed quickly eventually. Was disappointed that I informed him in October there were 3 not 2 adults, and then was charged extra in the days before we traveled. I wish I had known sooner to budget accordingly. The message is clearly visible in Booking.com but he says he didn't receive it.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and spotless, featuring three balconies and all essential amenities, including air conditioning in the two bedrooms and living room, as well as two TVs and lovely artwork throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped and practical. The cleanliness really stood out and made me feel right at home. The host is friendly and always ready to assist. The neighborhood is safe, family-friendly, and has bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Two supermarkets (Eurospin and SuperPAN) are within easy reach, and there’s a peaceful, clean beach close by. Several bus stops nearby can take you to the beach in just 3 minutes or into Cagliari. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. I highly recommend this apartment!
