The apartment was spacious and clean
The mattress was really bad the springs were literally out, and both of the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep at all...

Location was central & easy to find. Accomodation was clean and had all the facilities I needed to cook & wash etc
Parking wasn't easy. There is a space directly outside but it's got concrete bollards blocking the entrance so no way to park. I messaged the owner and she said to use the side street (no space on the 1st night but parked there the following day/night) or to park in the restricted bay on the road. I'm hoping I don't get a ticket for this as it looked like it was only free until 7.30am. The other issue was there was only BBC iplayer on the TV. The listing says it has netflix but I asked for a password to this & this went unanswered. I did get a reply to the WiFi password after 30 mins. It would be useful to have a sheet in the accomodation with all passwords on it & details of parking etc.

It was clean sheets were clean sofa bed covers were not clean . bathroom and kitchen was also clean. Double bed always washed and clean
The double bed mattress was very springy and not comfortable gave me a back ache. Pillows were really thin and not comfortable. Could have done with a bath mat for the bathroom floor
