AGUA DULCE , Apartamento Rural

The property was of good size and was modern.

The property was misrepresented in the advert. We were booking a two bedroom apartment but once it was confirmed we were contacted to say we needed to pay more for the 2nd room. We were also under the impression we were booking an apartment by a lake and with a pool. The photos do not sell the apartment in its try form. It is intact above a hairdressers and is very closed at the rear where you enter.

Nice apartment for summer or spring time.

The owner expected from us that we could go to bed at -4 degrees with just the sheets and a cover duvet but WITH NO DUVET, just the cover. It was really really cold. He did not contract voltage enough, electric was gone continuously. 2 heaters and heat from AC were no enough, they did not heat properly the apartment. SO EXPENSIVE APARTMENT JUST FOR A NIGHT FOR TWO PEOPLE. Water pressure so bad. It was really risky going to toilet as you could die by a pneumonia. Never experienced something like this. The water boil was warmed up by external batteries. Main Door is at the garden, so it is not really prepared for winter, you could feel the wind going through. We had to get two blankets from sofa to use them for covering ourselves in the room.
