FRL'emplacement, le calme, le joli jardin et la literie confortable.
La chambre n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée, elle a été nettoyée le lendemain. Nous n'avons pas pu faire le checkout le dernier jour car aucune personne présente, nous n'avons donc pas eu de petit déjeuner, pourtant nous avions informé notre hôte de notre départ, hôte que nous n'avons pas croisé d'ailleurs, ni aucune aide pour le séjour, à part une proposition de taxi à 150 dollars pour Aswan (nous avons trouvé pour moitié moins). Petit déjeuner approximatif, premier jour pas tout les plats mais boissons chaudes, deuxième jour, pas de boissons chaudes, troisième jour pas de petit déjeuner. Il faut penser aussi à acheter de l'eau car pas d'eau filtrée.

GBThe garden was excellent. The location was very near some of the sites, Madenat Habu, Temple of Hatshepsut, Valley of the Kings and Queens, but a long way from shops and restaurants. If you want a bit more night life you should go to the east bank.
The room could have been much better with a little more work.
PLGreat location and very nice people. They let me stay in the room few hours extra before the night flight, for free. Thank you for that! They have a nice garden. Free breakfast, simple but good.
The room could be a bit more clean, especially the bed. And the AC didn’t work, they tried to fix it but it didn’t work so was a bit cold. But it’s all good when you get great people around and they really care to help you.

CHVery nice and very quite place. Very kind staff and great breakfast (just remember the coffee is extra), Walking distance (15-30 min.) from restaurant and top attractions. Baloon over your head in the early morning!
FRLes propriétaires très gentils qui nous ont apporté tout ce qu'il manquait à notre arrivée. (Papier toilette, poêle à frire...) Ils nous ont même préparé un très bon repas un soir. Très agréable jardin, bien entretenu !
La clim ne fonctionnait pas.
AUThe breakfast was great. Quiet place to relax. Rural area all around. Nice green garden. Good staff for late check in.
They should add a sign with the name of the hotel in order to be found when you arrive.

AUBeautiful little villa with traditional feel, big room AND courtyard AND garden AND day room AND camp kitchen AND aircon AND spectacular views of the necropolis hills day and night.. Staff were lovely! Gerges even went grocery shopping for me on the first night because the restaurant next door was closed. Excellent value. And as a solo budget traveller I really appreciated the friendly, helpful & respectful staff. Next time I come to Luxor I'm staying here again!
