This place is perfect for one or two people. The space is clean, there’s a kitchen and bathroom and bedroom. The space has two living rooms but we really only used one of them. Lots of space and in a super convenient location. Mostly quiet. For the price it was, I would definitely rent again.

I wish there was more “supplies”. We were there for one week and ran out of toilet paper. I wish there was an extra bag for trash also. Besides that though, everything else you pretty much bring yourself so it wasn’t a make or break! We only heard the upstairs neighbors one night but my sister and I are used to apartment living so it did not bother us at all.

Proximity to where we needed to be

The fact that you never said that the second bed was a sofa down a flight of stairs in a room with broken furniture no toilet facilities the bed was only just over 3ft wide my sister and her husband had to sleep sideways to stay on it it is a work in progress that accomadation you need some hospitality input and maybe a womans touch as walking up flight of stairs and down through kitchen to bathroom at back of house is not something we would have g9ne for you need to be more specific about facilities on your site the place was clean and I reckon with a few minor adjustments could be very nice maybe tone down on the rules we have stayed in Strand in London with less rules🤣 but it did the trick for the night just about .

The bed was super comfy! very central to the town just a short 7 min walk away. We managed to park really close by which was helpful

This isn't a complaint as such but most self catering places I go to leave a small welcome pack like milk and tea/coffee, this place doesn't and so you will need to bring your own for a cuppa on arrival :)

Decor and finish all great

Noise into front room from road, not really dampened by double glazing. But mostly we discovered fan for air vent in basement most noted to bedroom floor above and drones all night. Also security light to rear flashes repeatedly. Really poor sleeping experience.
