Studio and hot tub

Really clean and comfortable,really near to the the beach

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio avec jacuzzi privatif. Le studio était grand et lumineux et très bien décoré Le parking en souterain était appréciable dans cette zone

L'accès à l'appartement était en peu compliqué avec toutes les routes en travaux autour mais ça devrait s'améliorer à la fin des travaux

Très bel appartement entièrement équipé, avec petit jardin paysagé et Jaccuzi. Tout est fait pour y passer un agréable séjour. Place de parking en sous-sol avec accès sécurisé. Sans vis à vis pour le moment car le bâtiment situé en face est en arrêt de construction. Le secteur est en plein développement et permet l’accès, à 5 mn à pieds, à plusieurs kilomètres de plage entièrement aménagés avec des gravillons (permettant de se baigner nu pied contrairement aux plages avec galets). Tout le long, on peut y trouver des bars ambiancés, cabines pour se changer, plongeoir, activités diverses pour les enfants… et une longue croisette de palmiers très agréable pour s’y promener (chiens admis). Il est possible de se rendre à Split avec le bus no 15 toutes les 30 mn (2€), sinon 9€ avec un Uber en sachant qu’il est plus économique de s’y rendre de cette façon si l’on y reste toute la journée car les parkings sont chers en ville, excepté quelques uns comme le grand parking proche de l’hôtel Globo. Il y a de nombreuses supérettes Studenac dont une proche de l’appartement côté plage, et un grand Lidl à 5 mn en voiture.

Perfect place on Split . The apartment is very nice , clean , bright and well equipped and the owner Ante is very nice and helpful . On top of that the spa is very well appreciated after a day of visits in that great region . We do recommand that apartment if you wanna stay in Split .

Clean, storage, hot tub was very new and nice, same as the rest of the apartment. The owner was extremely helpful giving us a charger for our phone when we lost it and recommending places to go and visit. The parking spot was nice and the apartment was very modern. Totally recommended!

The hosts were absolutely amazing. From the very beginning was honest about some construction work going on nearby. Then helped us to get there easily. Greeted us and even let us use the nearby pool as nobody was staying there. The loveliest host I've ever met! They also have the cutest dog Daisy 👌 The place is modern, recently finished to good standards. You can cook you can wash your clothes, the hot tub is fantastic, the tv has netlfix. Honestly it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Hot tub was the best thing for not so great weather. The apartment was clean and cozy, we found everything that we needed. Dishwasher and washing machine with many tablets so you dont need to buy anything additionally. Many towels available for a change. City center is 10min away with Uber around 4-5euros. Couple of shops up and down the area was enough for some food shopping. Beach also close but at the moment there is some construction going on but you can still have a nice walk by the beach. We didnt have a chance to meet Ante but he was always available and very helpful, easy to communicate. We apprechiate that we could check out later. All in all it was a great stay! :)

Definitely hot tube. Apartment location is near the seaside with public beach. A bit far from centre, and more suitable for leisure on the beach and enjoying the sun, rather exploring old town. Parking is under the building, and the car stays cool all the day long.

That is very subjective and specifically for us, the mattress was too soft, we felt like drowned in it. The apartment does not soundproof well, I was hearing the work of neighbours washing machine early morning.
