5 bed Luxury Retreat with Spacious Living Spaces

Fabulous property, spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and very clean. Lots of living area spaces so perfect for a big group! Well kitted with all the essentials, even including towels and shampoo. Outside area also spacious and plenty of seating. The location is also great- close to shops and a short drive into Chester. Was super easy to check in ourselves in with the key code and at check out too.

The property suited us perfectly. We were a group of 6 adults, 2 children and a baby. Plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs. Garden made a great play area for the children and each family had their own bathroom. We had 3 cars and the drive had plenty of space for parking. The location was perfect for accessing Chester Zoo and for a morning in Chester centre. Dining facilities were also good with a large table in the dining kitchen and one in the extension. We had a formal birthday dinner one evening and, as the weather was perfect we were able to open all the bifold doors in the extension and dine almost alfresco. Loved the outdoor festoon lights Bathrooms clean and well appointed. Ample VERY hot water.

When looking a little more closely, the house could have been cleaner. Running a damp cloth over the kitchen floor to wipe up a small spill showed a lot of dirt on the floor and had to clean the fridge before use. Also a lot of cigarette ends around the front door and floating in a water-filled plant holder on the patio. Garden furniture is very worn and broken in places.
